14 August 2020 – 15 August 2020

Serving as a platform for the presentation of traditional Malaysian arts, Panggung Seni Tradisional (PST) strives to uphold the authentic and classic values of this slice of culture. It has been held on schedule in Kuala Lumpur since 2013, allowing tourists and followers of local traditional arts to witness the fascinating shows staged by talented performers.

PST has done wonders to preserve the local arts heritage, and is an excellent avenue to experience it first-hand. Take a look at the Zapin Serumpun dance, which is steeped in tradition. For the record, from 2013 to 2019, the programme has seen 42 traditional arts shows across three genres – dance, music and theatre – involving 76 arts groups and 2,066 participants.
